We start from a frozen reference stack trained and tested on public pharmaceutical batch data, so the feature pipeline, replay logic, model packaging, and alert evidence are ready before your first live batch.
Shadow calibration
During early production, BatchCortex scores in advisory mode while collecting your real press, recipe, phase, operator, QA, and outcome context. That evidence defines what normal looks like for your line before the model can support stronger claims.
Optional pre-tuning
If you can share historical batch exports before deployment, we can tune baselines and thresholds before go-live. Final validation still depends on your actual production scope and signed pilot evidence.
Production learning is controlled and versioned: new evidence creates a new deployment package, not silent online weight updates.
