Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. About BatchCortex

BatchCortex is a business-to-business (B2B) software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for GMP-compliant pharmaceutical batch monitoring. The platform is developed and operated by Vilmer Frost, based in Stockholm, Sweden.

2. Waitlist Signup

Signing up for the BatchCortex waitlist does not constitute a contract, obligation, or commitment. Waitlist signup indicates interest in early access and pilot programs. We may contact you regarding pilot opportunities but you are under no obligation to proceed.

3. Platform Usage

Access to and use of the BatchCortex application platform is subject to a separate customer agreement executed between BatchCortex and your organization. These terms of service apply to the marketing website and waitlist only.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BatchCortex and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

BatchCortex provides this website and waitlist on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BatchCortex disclaims all warranties, express or implied. BatchCortex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

6. AI-Generated Reports and Recommendations

BatchCortex provides AI-generated deviation reports and anomaly detection as decision-support tools only. BatchCortex does not make batch release, rejection, or disposition decisions.

All AI-generated outputs require human review and approval by a qualified person (QP) before any action is taken. The platform is designed to assist — not replace — human judgment in GMP environments.

BatchCortex is not liable for batch quality outcomes, regulatory findings, or production decisions based on platform outputs.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Stockholm, Sweden.
